The location and setting of the Kookuburra Cottage was superb as we overlooked the pond and could watch all the birds - amazing view. Nice and handy to Maleny which was worth a visit in itself. Our hosts supplied us with a marvellous hamper which basically fed us for the two days we were there. The cottage was very spacious and well appointed. We literally wanted for nothing. Our accommodation far exceeded our expectation.

The location is also incredible - in the middle of the bush with kangaroos and wild birds on the doorstep, but also close to places such as Australia Zoo, Maleny Botanic Garden and Bird World, and Sunshine Coast. Wendy is also such a lovely host and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
