Richard was an amazing host. The lodge is beautiful as are the 40 acres grounds with kangaroos roaming through and beautiful birds and large Karri trees. Our room had a forest viewing area and patio in front. Inside everything was spacious and comfortable with extra towels, blankets and kitchenette - everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast included farm fresh local products and excellent coffee. The location is perfect backing onto a national park, and minutes from amazing wineries and beaches.

"Relax in warm your home from home with warm and gracious personal service and great local advice" The Beach House at Bayside is located midway between Middleton Beach and Emu Point on Middleton Bay,... Craig, the proprietor, greeted us and gave us a fantastic summary of what we should see in Albany with orientation on a map. Set us up at an excellent restaurant (Lime 303 at Dog Rock) and surprised us with hot tea and delicious scones after our first venture out. (BTW, If you are a golfer, the property is adjacent to Albany Country Club where the public can play quit reasonably.) The breakfast included was excellent. No negatives to this property in our opinion.
