Everything perfect. Top tier service. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. This is the peak of hospitality. Far better than most 5-star hotels. Next time I'm in Grindelwald, I will most definitely stay at Eiger Mountain Resort again and again and again. You won't find better service, comfort or convience anywhere else. Conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from the train stop. Superb breakfast with lots of food options to choose from. Superb.

My recent stay at Hotel Kirchbühl in Grindelwald was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by its spaciousness, complete with a convenient refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine – a delightful touch for coffee enthusiasts. But what truly took my breath away was the balcony. It opened up to a gorgeous view that seemed like a painting come to life, offering a tranquil spot to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Grindelwald. Breakfast at the hotel was a daily treat with its wide array of options. Whether you're craving something hearty or light, there's something for everyone. Accessibility is another plus. During the ski season, the local bus stops right in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient to explore. Also, a scenic footpath leads you directly to the center of town – a lovely walk amidst stunning surroundings. We chose the half-board option, and it's safe to say that each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing the skill and care of the chefs. A special mention must be made of the Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners. These were not just meals; they were festive experiences that added a special touch to our holiday stay. The atmosphere, the food, and the service were all impeccable, making our Christmas at Hotel Kirchbühl a memory we will cherish. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to the 4th generation of hotel owners. Their commitment to maintaining the legacy of hospitality and excellence is evident in every aspect of the hotel. It's their personal touch and attention to detail that truly sets Hotel Kirchbühl apart. Beautifully designed rooms and spaces, friendly and helpful staff, delicious healthy local food, beautiful spa, stunning view! Ski slopes all the way to the hotel. Free car park, and bus stop in front of the hotel. Wonderful place to stay!!

Location is superb and the staff were super friendly and helpful

The staff was so kind and the cabin we stayed in was so cute! It was in such a beautiful location with the waterfall right outside the door and a stunning view of the mountains. The staff was so helpful and helped us navigate to some of the other towns in the area and helped us to find some hikes to do. I wish we could have stayed longer we loved it so much. Plus everything was so clean and the bathrooms looked newly renovated.

The staff was friendly, we had easy check in. The room was amazing with a balcony which had spectacular views of the waterfall and the valley. We had dinner at their restaurant, it was lovely, the waitress was very helpful. The room was clean. We were sad to stay only one day, we will be back for a long stay in future!

The property was immaculately clean, quiet, romantic, peaceful and beautiful. The staff was friendly, professional, polite, and accommodating. The food was incredible!! The best food that we had during our trip to Switzerland!

We loved everything about the hotel. Firstly thing to know — it is located in the first station Bort of the same gondola that goes up to the First. The biggest advantage of hotels location is that it has a direct open view on Eiger and the Grindelwald. You literally feel like a bird. The view from the window and a little area with loungers in front of our room were breathtaking. Literally, know words can describe this views. Staying at the hotel was already a gem of the trip. The breakfast was very nice. Everything was tasty, the restaurant interior is cozy. We loved it.

Peter and the front office staff were really helpful, Peter went all the way to make sure i understand and get the right travel pass for our need, the room was spacious, the balcony was a plus, location is central, either way 10 minutes walk to interlaken ost / west .. and they gave the adapter inside the room as well
