Tilava ja siisti huone upealla näkymällä Matterhornille. Todella hyvät sängyt. Hyvä aamupala ja ihana nainen respassa, joka kertoi alueesta ja erilaisista aktiviteeteistä. Vauva huomioitiin hyvin. Hyvä vauvansänky, ravintolassa syöttötuolit ja kiva yllätyslahja. Hotelli tarjosi kyydin juna-asemalta hotellille ja takaisin sähköautolla. Matka asemalta on lyhyt mutta laukkujen kanssa oli kiva kun saatiin kuljetus. Hotellin spa oli myös todella hyvä ja rentouttava.

Hieno majoituskokemus. Hotelli ja henkilökuntaan kuuluva yllättivät mieleen painuvalla kokemukselle. Näköala huoneesta suoraan Matterhornille. Mikä tunne avata aamulla verhot. Huone siisti ja tilava sekä kalustus kunnossa. Ilmanvaihto erinomainen. Ääniä muista huoneista ei kuulunut.

Mukavan kokoinen, persoonallisen ruustiikki hotelli. Kaikkein parasta oli näkymä parvekkeelta suoraan Matterhornille. Hyvä aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kannattaa tilata etukäteen kuljetus shuttle bussilla juna-asemalta hotellille.

Siisti, tilava huoneisto 4-5 hengelle, erinomainen sijainti lähellä Sunneggan hissiä. 10min kävely keskustaan. Ystävällinen majoittaja. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Aurinkoiselta parvekkeelta näkyy Matterhorn.

Aivan ihana hotelli ihan Zermattin keskustassa. Hyvä aamiainen ja todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Siisti huone. Näkymä Matterhornille iso plussa.

Loved the location, amenities, decor, the little touches and healthy options for breakfast. The sauna and hot tubs were the perfect way to end a day of adventures!

Room is good size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are both great. Location is excellent. View is fantastic. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The hotel was amazing, from getting picked up to the check in with the hotel owner. Everything was perfect, breakfast was fantastic with the option to get anything you needed or wanted would be cooked. We enjoyed having some wine sitting by the fireplace both afternoons. The hotel was far enough but close enough to the main street. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, even having the owner coming up to us at breakfast to make sure everything was okay was a really nice touch. The beds were super comfortable and the turndown service was great. We would definitely stay here again.

All the staff from concierge to reception to restaurant to housekeeping are very polite, helpful and positive. Their dedicated attitude is focused on the perfect guest experience. The hotel has a wonderful spa, which is just what you need after a long day of skiing or snowboarding. Furthermore the ski room facilities are second to none with ventilated lockers for each room, and helpfully a ski shop is attached within the same building, so equipment rental can be charged to your room with one click. no need to leave the hotel to rent equipment or buy the latest gear. Located right in the village, so quite far from the ski lifts if walking in ski gear BUT the facilities, service & positive vibes outweigh this, and worth the daily taxi ride at 12 CHF each way to the ski lifts. However, being in the village means that you are right smack in the middle to shop in all the big brand watch & clothing stores, and have all the restaurants right on your door step. The lively part of town therefore is at your fingertips. The restaurants within the hotel are wonderful though, so you don’t necessarily have to venture out to dine. The rooms are perfectly clean, homely, well equipped and the suites are very spacious. Modern touch button showers and baths with rainfall showers, soft fluffy towels and also wonderfully heated when you come back after a day out in the snow. Comfy, homely with a Swiss touch of magic and the view of the Matterhorn or surrounding mountains. I keep returning every year, and truly highly recommend this wonderful hotel with all its fabulously helpful staff, which I cannot praise enough. I have stayed in all of Zermatt 5 star hotels, but the Mont Cervin Palace is the winner for me every time. Thank you to all the staff for making each stay more than memorable for all the right reasons.

This is a wonderful hotel. It’s right next to the Zermatt furi lift station which alone is worth the stay. Last thing you want to do after a big day of skiing is carry kids’ skis for miles or fight for a shuttle or taxi home. Staff are really amazing. They went out their way to help us track down some lost luggage. You can get your ski passes directly from the hotel. For us it actually turned out a little cheaper than getting it on the Zermatt app. There is an indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi which the kids loved after skiing. It’s a 20min walk or a rather expensive 15CHF taxi ride to town centre. There is a good breakfast but no hotel restaurant as such for lunch or dinner. They can however order food from any restaurant so it arrives at the hotel for dinner, which can be enjoyed at the hotel. We usually like to try different hotels when we travel but this one I’d come back to.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The spa was relaxing and it was quiet. The Italian restaurant was wonderful and the bar was great too.

Great location and view, staff are more than friendly and courteous, outside terrace is phenomenal.

The Staffs are very professional, every single one is very very nice, even before we arrive till we leave. The room is great, clean and new. Breakfast is also very good. If we are going to Zermatt again, we will definitely stay at The Omnia again.

Hotel room is incredible. Clean. Breakfast is delicious . Balcony view . Room scent . Room space . Easy to access. The receptionist was really helpful and welcoming

Location is absolutely fantastic, also very nice facilities. Special place on earth with the Matterhorn right in your view. Staff very friendly!
