The whole team really did their best to make it a wonderful stay and of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Shanghai it was the staff that really went above and beyond compared to other properties. 5 stars!

They even came to pick me up a few streets away because I was lost and did not know how to reach the place! The place is brand new, super comfy. Bed and pillows were very comfy. I loved the bathroom, well designed with a lock, a private dry area to hang clothes and change and a spacious shower with different types of shower heads and even shower gel & shampoo! The place is super well located, right across the metro station which is close to Jiang Temple (one station away)! Very nice common area with great view from the 18th floor ))
