My husband loved the omelet cook. Hotel restaurant stayed open later than other restaurants in town. Very enjoyable time.

Hotel Maximilian’s is a historic hotel located in the heart of Augsburg, a 10-minute walk from the Fuggerei Museum. It features elegant rooms and suites and a restaurant with show kitchen. More or less everything. Excellent welcome and very helpful staff. Excellent room, very large and quiet and well heated (it was winter). Even though we were on the main street, the acoustic insulation was quite OK, and no noise came from the street or elsewhere. Large and perfectly functioning bathroom. Excellent breakfast in a large and nice room with plenty of choice (even real orange juice, for a change). Parking very close and easy to reach from inside the hotel. Very good location to walk downtown. On the whole, a recommendable 5 star hotel: expensive, not tremendously fancy (and we don't like too fancy hotels which charge for silly things), but overall worth it.

This historic hotel was built in 1264 and is located at the Markusturm tower in medieval Rothenburg. It features a traditional restaurant and free Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel. We loved everything about this property. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome throughout our whole stay. We stayed in the family room and it was modern, spacious, clean and really comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods from sweet to savory. We ate dinner there one night (reservation recommended) and it was the best dinner we had our whole vacation. While my whole family loved their meal; I had the salmon and it was the winner. It was best salmon I’ve ever had. The location is exceptional. You are walking distance to anything you’d like to see. Overall, we loved our stay here and would like to return in the summer. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were on a European tour traveling on a motorcycle and it was very hot when we arrived. We were greeted with an ice refreshing lemon drink on checking in. The owner said to put my Motorcycle in their garage. The room was absolutely amazing. My wife loved the room which was pristine, A nice balcony that we sat on in the evening enjoying drinks from the mini bar. Would definitely stop again. Breakfast was beyond belief. The presentation and quality was amazing. If you are ever in the area definitely stop here
