'Gem Suites Luxury Holiday Apartments es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas que se encuentra en Augustenborg, a 12 min a pie de Playa Badeanstalten, y que dispone de jardín, terraza y restaurante. The apartment is located on a lovely property with a big lawn and lots of greenery. There is a small supermarket and some other small businesses nearby and also a cafe/bar/restaurant right on the property, though we didn’t have time to try the food there this time. Staff was super friendly and highly responsive. I forgot my bag in the apartment and realized this after checking out, but they came to unlock the door for me right away. The bed in the Amethyst Suite is incredibly comfortable - we wish we could have taken it with us! Everything was clean and tidy and just as described/shown in the pictures. We also loved that it’s a dog friendly property (dogs are 250 DKK) . The surrounding area is quiet and great for walking your dog. Overall we were super happy with the place and would like to return someday.

The rooms in the old sergeant training college are very light and spacious with a balcony looking out over the water. Superb beds and large modern bathroom. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and even the soft boiler eggs were..soft boiled. Normally you find then hard and rubbery. Free parking by number plate registration. Keypad entry and no reception which works perfectly. Highly recommend. Als and Sønderborg is one the the most lovely places in Denmark and the promenade bars and restaurants give plenty og options. I actually lived there in the 80s and always love going back. Point of interest..the crown prince of Denmark attended the training college..as did my daughter

Hotel Sønderborg Garni is located in Sønderborg very close to the beach. Each room here has free WiFi and is furnished with a minibar, desk and a flat-screen TV. Es un edificio precioso. Bien mantenido. Hay parking para 7/8 coches afuera. Hay que subir unas 10/12 escaleras con las maletas para llegar a a recepción. Solo hay recepción abierta desde las 7:00 hasta las 14:00. Las habitaciones son acogedoras. Son como en las fotos. Las camas individuales son estrechas. En mi opinión. Si eres una persona un poco rellena mejor reservar una habitación con cama de matrimonio. El desayuno está bien. Hay fruta fresca, leche yogur, tostadas y musli. Limpian la habitación a diario. Mi baño estaba reformado, es pequeño con ducha y WC y un pequeño lavabo. Dejan bolsitas de gel y un pequeño jabón de manos. Es muy tranquilo.
