Situated in Fanø, 700 metres from Fanoe Bad Beach, Fanø Krogaard features accommodation with a terrace, private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Beautiful, cosy hotel, with fantastic location, food, drinks and scenery! Staff was super friendly and accommodating at all times. Rooms well equipped, with shampoo and conditioner, and a hairdryer with diffuser!

Also, they really need to advertise their gym amenities. Seriously one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever been to. Plus the fact that you can rent a bike for 24 hours to get around!

Hotel Britannia is next to Heerups Garden in central Esbjerg, only 50 metres from Torvet Square. It offers free WiFi and rooms with a flat-screen TV. Location is excellent as the Hotel Britannia is in the main square. Close to train, bus & ferry. Lovely breakfast and restaurant. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The highlight was the exceptional service from Mia who greeted me at reception and explained everything throughly, also offering great tips of places to see locally. She is a huge asset to the hotel.

Situated by the Wadden Sea on Rømø Island, Hotel Kommandørgården offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and rooms and cabins with balcony or terrace. Rømø Golf Club is 1.5 km away. The hotel is a bit rundown. Primarily the door handles of most rooms are coming off because non-Danes don't realize that you have to pull the handle up when unlocking or locking the door. The rooms are overall quite comfortable and the facilities (sauna's and small pool) are very nice after a hike to the beach or a horseback ride. The horse riding facilities are excellent.
