This was very appreciated. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and a pleasure to stay in. The bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is quite good, and evening meals are available upon request. Ask for the Egyptian menu for the yummiest food. We enjoyed several delicious meals up on the rooftop terrace... with its view if the Pyramids. This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff give it some real heart and soul. We liked it so much we stayed 3 times in October 2023. We loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The friendliness of the team was always helpful whenever we had a request, security was great, and we always felt safe (an important factor during these times) Michael at the Front Desk was a significant help, extremely approachable and understanding of our needs and the long travel we had done. Iliyana and Omnia (excuse me if I've misspelt names) made the morning even better at breakfast with their warm smiles, excellent service, and helpful attitudes. The Coffee was awesome! We liked being greeted by friendly faces and big smiles from the cleaning team of Abdlfattah and Maha. Importantly, our rooms were always well-looked-after and clean. Thank you!
