All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome - they also helped us with reserving restaurants. The room was beautiful, the roof top terrace was an amazing place to spend our days and the spa was gorgeous.

Liked literally everything! The location of the hotel for its proximity to the beach which is great and also to many shops, bars and restaurants. The area is lively yet not very noisy so no issues even though Mega Park is just across. The hotel is great, spacious and with great facilities - loved the pools with salty water! Rooms are spacious, kept spotlessly clean and bed and linen provide top quality sleep! Astonishing variety and quality of food for breakfast and dinner. Service is impeccable, staff professional, kind and organized in flawless manner. We simply couldn’t find the rationale beyond the 4 stars, because it felt really like 5 stars in all aspects. Can’t wait to come back!

I would happily repeat the experience once I am in the area.

The hotel is situated within a walking distance from the airport, which is a huge advantage if you have a late flight. The beach is also very close - we could see it from our window. The hotel was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. The room we got was big, the bed was so, SO comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and equipped in both toiletries and the hair dryer. Staff in the hotel were professional and helpful in every way, not only during our stay but also before we came here I got really helpful and kind answers to my questions. They helped us to rent a car in a convenient and cheap way - we strongly recommend booking a car in the reception. We have also bought breakfasts and dinners at the hotel - the meals were tasty, there was a large variety to choose from and the restaurant was cleaned regularly. Although a lot of meals served at dinner contained meat, we have found a lot of vegetarian options - everyone will be happy with the menu! Unfortunately we didn't use the pool and the outside area so much due to the short stay and the weather, but it seemed like a perfect place to spend your holiday. Overall, we are very happy with choosing Alua Leo and if we ever decide to go back to Mallorca, we would definitely stay there again!

The room was very cozy and clean. We had garden view and it was very pretty. The staff were extremely nice and polite. Location could not have been more perfect, right next to the beach and restaurants. We also used the spa and the pool whoch also were amazing.

amazing place! very beautiful interior thought out to the smallest detail! swimming pool with a great view! to change the picture of a beach holiday for a couple of days, the perfect choice!

My parents absolutely loved this hotel and their whole stay here. The room was very nice and beds were comfy too. They loved their balcony view and the food at the restaurant was splendid. It takes only a moment to get from the hotel to the beach, which is beautiful as well. They are definitely going to come back next year. It is their favourite new location.
