The hosts are exceptionally welcoming - as there are no dining places nearby, hosts suggested to prepare evening meal at it was stunningly delicious, right from the kitchen, accompanied with glass of wine. What was very important for us - the host speaks perfect English, making stay a lot more easier for those who speak French poorly. I am also extremely grateful for the advices host provided on visiting nearby sites, and even accompanying to one of them, making it easier to find. There is beautiful backyard at the property, which, I believe, is a wonderful place to spend evening in a cheer, if it not rains. Which unfortunately happened during our stay and that was a single inconvenience 🙂

This residence is located in a small village, 10 minutes from Laon in the Picardie region. It offers soundproofed rooms, a spa center and a heated indoor pool. Swimming pool was great for 5 and 11 year old. Nice walks and play time. Great pizza available to order.

DS Harmothe is located in Chamouille, just 8.7 miles from Laon Train Station and 29 miles from Reims Train Station. The vacation home features both Wifi and private parking free of charge. Very charming, completely renovated town house. The village is a typical French village, located close to a lake. The house has everything to feel comfortable and was very clean!!
