Lovely, well appointed room (William Morris wallpaper, for those who notice the details). Large shower, roomy bathroom, ample wardrobe and shelf space, comfortable bed. Big enough wall mounted TV if you wanted to catch up on news/entertainment. Well supplied coffee and snacks basket. Breakfast freshly cooked with local ingredients. Food so delicious we ate at the Lion every night of our stay.

On a quiet street, Stone Villa is a 5-minute walk from Chester Station. It offers free parking, rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and an extensive breakfast menu. The stay was great. The staff were so attentive nothing was too much effort. Breakfast was good, the porridge was tasty. Close to train station and short 15-20 min walk into city.
