From our arrival through to our departure, we were treated so well by all the staff. Not only were they polite and helpful, but they were interested in talking with us and making sure that we were having the best time possible all the time. One of us had a health concern during our stay and three staff were particularly kind and caring (Maria, Peggy and Karolina). It's impossible to name all the wonderful staff, but they were all the highlight of our stay. The hotel itself was also a pleasure to stay at with a great pool, fabulous buffet breakfasts and dinners, beach at the doorstep and Athens just down the road.

Position is great, just opposite the port Gate 7, 5min on foot. We took the ferry from Athens to Santorini, departed at 7:25 and we can leave at 6:50. It saved us plenty of time to have more sleep. Breakfast was quite good and fresh. Rooms were comfortable and clean with several USB ports, which was really convenient for us.

Location was fantastic, just next to the central market and a 5 minute walk to Monastiraki square/station. Exactly as photographed, room was very spacious, showers were super lovely, as well as the Molton Brown amenities and a powerful hairdryer. They even prepared a doggy bed and dish for our dog. We arrived very late and the staff stayed overtime to wait for us which was so nice - in fact we found the entire staff to be so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was perfect with many options. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The staff were couldn’t be any more accommodating and friendly. We had plenty of requests and they were always eager to help and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them - in fact they always went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious, we stayed for five nights and I tried something new everyday (never disappointed). On the last day we had to leave early and they even made us breakfast boxes to go which was very nice of them. You cannot get a better location in Athens, too. Everything is a walking distance. We walked to all the touristy attractions and never had to get a taxi or use transportation. In fact all the restaurants are literally right around the corner, barely a minute walk. The rooms were super clean and very modern - you can control everything through an app on your phone, and the internet was fine. Cannot recommend enough.
