Situated in the Historic City Centre of Ioannina, KAMARES Historic Boutique Hotel & Spa is an 18th century mansion featuring elements of Byzantine architecture. Breakfast offered three hot dishes, eggs to order, fresh fruits, a wide assortment of good cheeses, meats, yogurt, juices and excellent breads, sweet pastry breads and excellent coffee. Breakfast buffet requires donning gloves for Covid protection and making a breakfast reservation to ensure safe distancing.

Ideally set in the centre of Ioannina, Petrou Suites offers free WiFi throughout the property, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!
