The property is well-maintained and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Also took advantage of the fact that this is also a dive centre and has some phenomenal dives with an excellent diving instructor. I would highly recommend doing diving with Mario if you haven't done it before - Gili islands have some insanely beautiful five spots.

There's an ATM nearby as well. You can get everything that you would possibly wish for. We planned to stay 2 nights but ended up extending our stay because we fell in love with the place. If I ever go back to Gili Islands I would definitely stay there.

The staff is super friendly, the Hotel is not so far from the pier and because it is on the main street it is very easy to arrive with luggage (that is usually a problem in the Gili islands). The wifi worked great, and the cafe at the front of the hotel is a comfortable place to work from.

Wow, what can we say. If we could rate Pondok any higher we would! We have travelled the world and this could quite possibly be our favourite hotel experience. everything from the wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you, to the clean, spacious villas (garden villas are perfectly nestled in the back end of the complex making it so private), to the amazing amazing amazing breakfast and restaurant. We have returned back to Pondok for lunch and dinner, even after we have left, we loved it that much. The pool area is brilliant, relaxing and so close to the beach or your villa. The place is magical, the staff are most kindly, attentive and always offer their services with a smile. The sea with beautiful waves, the trees with their healing energy. The most fabulous sunrise. The room is cleaned daily and water provided! Hearty breakfast! Delicious food and a pleasure to enjoy it on the beach by the light of lanterns and candles. So romantic! Place for yoga in the back, in the middle of nature, where you can hear the birds, it's more than perfect for meditation. Magic for yoga retreats and other beautiful events I extended my stay from 4 days to more a 3 weeks. Thank you SeriResort for the dream vacation.

The staff - Amazing, so helpful, very welcoming, top notch polite and respectful. Shout out to Izan who was so nice. The establishment - Very clean, well kept, the rooms are quite close to each other but once inside we couldn't hear what was outside or next door. Very well decorated. The pool - Beautiful, warm, there is an arrangement of drinks and snacks in a "honesty bar" available. The spa - so peaceful, the staff is very nice and offer a very relaxing environment. The restaurants - Breakfast is very nice ("main course", platter of fresh fruit, coffee/tea, fresh fruit juice) and filling! We also had dinner at the Spanish/tapas restaurant that was delicious.
