We liked that the hotel had a nice restaurant. After a day of travel and sight seeing it was great to have a good restaurant readily available.

In the heart Waterford City, with wonderful views of the River Suir, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and parking, 2 restaurants, a riverside bar and 20m deck level swimming pool. Fabulous place to stay. Free parking just across a small road. The room was perfect. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast at 10 euro was great value for money. An excellent buffet. Could not fault the accommodation and regret not staying longer.

Front desk service, housekeeping staff, and bar/breakfast staff were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home.

From the minute we went to the reception desk we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Very professional and a pleasure to speak with. The room was large spotless and a beatifull view. We had Breakfeast and again professional and courteous service. We also had dinner and again just beautifull we had well done steak cooked to protection. We would reccomend the Woodlands to all. 5 stars from Michael Mercy and Nathan.

Sitting on the banks of the River Suir, the Waterford Marina Hotel is 300 metres from Waterford Crystal. It offers a riverside restaurant, rooms with free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Our river front room was awesome. Even though the weather was a tad rainy at times being able to walk down the block to all the museums and pubs was perfect. (It's a bit removed from the hustling tourist area) The breakfast we purchased was well worth the money as well and delish. The staff were super and a delight to visit with too!

The Hotel is very beautifully decorated and the room was just gorgeous and spacious. There even was a small coffee machine in the rooms. And the huge rainfall shower...perfect. The breakfast also...just perfect. I have no complaints.
