Surrounded by beautiful gardens, Shamrock Lodge Hotel is a family-run hotel located in the very centre of Ireland, just 5 minutes’ walk from the restaurants, bars, and nightlife of Athlone town... Everything.. from the start. Check in. Room was just fab. Big and so comfortable. Food was great too. Staff very helpful too. Coco in the restaurant as well as Aoife. PJ and Sean in the bar. Can't fault any of them. Thank you. We will be back. X

Food was amazing, in the restaurant, breakfast and room service. Staff was very nice even at the reception

It is very conveniently located in Athlone and has nice and clean rooms, lovely facilities, comfortable beds and appreciated the water bottles provided by housekeeping.
