Fosshótel Mývatn is located next to Lake Mývatn, 6.8 km to the Mývatn Nature Baths. The hotels provides free WiFi and free private parking. All is good except no Wi-Fi on our room at 3/F. It was unacceptable in a 4 stars hotel nowadays. Sauna room with a nice view but it’s opens fri. 10:00 am to 10:00 pm only. It will be much better with long open hours

Warm, clean, calm, excellent breakfast, customer dedicated (phone call is possible to request when there is a good possibility to see the northern lights)

Situated by Lake Myvatn, this hotel offers WiFi . All rooms feature a TV and private bathroom. Skútustaðagígar natural site is 2 minutes’ walk away. Superb hotel. Go for it if you are looking for a stay in Myvatn area. Great rooms and fantastic staff. Opt for dinner. We enjoyed dinner as well as breakfast next morning. We also spotted Aurora from this stay.

Set in Myvatn, 22 km from Dettifoss, Holssel road 864 offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The remotnes, surrounding, accomodation was fantastic. The kitchen is great, all you could ever ask for.

The family-run Vogafjos Guesthouse is set in a unique natural environment on the eastern shore of Lake Myvatn. It offers rooms with a patio and free Wi-Fi. The room was so cozy and comfy! I live in Iceland and will definitely be returning and now I recommend this to every travel I made itineraries for :) Also we saw amazing northern lights!

Matatanaw ang Lake Mývatn, nag-aalok ang camping site na ito ng mga cottage na may wooden floors, private bathroom, at terrace. The cottage was HYGGE! completely cosy and perfectly decorated, with a beautiful view out the front windows. The kitchen was fully equipped. We loved it here!

Situated in Myvatn and only 6.5 km from Myvatn Nature Baths, Slow Travel Mývatn - Þúfa - Private Homestay features accommodation with lake views, free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely location with a view across to a volcano. Very comfortable apartment that was perfect for us travelling with adult children. Hosts were friendly and helpful.
