The hotel personnel is helpful and really professional.

Nestled in the Puster Valley, this Alpine-style hotel is a 3-minute walk from the center of Villabassa. It offers a restaurant, garden and free parking. We stayed at Hotel Rose for skiing in Dolomites, and we simply loved it! There are many reasons to stay here, so I will bring couple of points: - 🚞 You are 3min walk from the train station(easy to walk with your ski boots on), and you can directly go to 2 ski resorts - 2stations away from 3 Zinnen and 3stations away from Kronplatz(and all trains are free for people staying in this hotel), Kronplatz train station is better organized, since you can directly hop on from train to gondola, amazing experience! If you take the car, Cortina d'Ampezzo is very close too(we didn't like it though, Kronplatz was the best out of three resorts mentioned, by far!) - 🥽 Ski storage room is very well equipped, there are boots' warmers, so you will surely have dry boots in the morning, also you get your own ski storage place with ability to lock it - for free! Just ask at the reception - 👨🍳 Half board is super tasty with a big volume(Salad bar + 2 plates of dishes + dessert), and all the staff are very attentive and nice people, for dinner you get 3options - meat, fish and vegetarian - so there is something for everybody. Salad bar is also great with a lot of variety. Great choice of wines as well! - 🛋️ Rooms are very big, comfortable, clean and new! Bathrooms are big and easy to dry some of your stuff. - 🅿️ Parking lots are big, so there is a parking space for everybody! - 🪙 Overall great value! For example, we ordered a lot of drinks for our dinners, and prices were very reasonable! Some tips for people coming for ski: - Buy online Dolomiti Superski pass at least 2days before arrival, you get 5% discount and you can take your ski pass directly from the ticket machine, without the need to be in queue in ticket office, amazing experience! You just scan the QR code you get the ski pass immediately - Book directly through Hotel Rose's website, they are allowing free cancelation 14days before arrival!

Featuring spa facilities, this family-run resort is in the heart of the Puster Valley. Guests can admire panoramic mountain views from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Our room was beautiful - from the entry way to the bathroom to the main room to the balcony and view. We really enjoyed the spa and pool as well, they were beautifully maintained and had a wide variety of options. The breakfast was also wonderful, with an incredibly wide variety of options. We also really appreciated the van that runs from the hotel to base area - it was convenient and we didn't have to wait in line at all.

This is a nice family run hotel, the staff is very nice. We have booked the junior sweet, the size was perfect. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. You get three options to choose for dinner the night before. There is a market close by. We didn't use the closest ski slopes and there is a 8-10 minutes drive to get to the closest one connected to dolomiti superski area. Ski bus stop is 50 m from the hotel.

A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!

Came to the hotel in summer to see the Dolomite Alps. Everything was perfect: location in the middle of the town, supermarket next to it, funicular in 10 minutes and swimming pool as bonus. Thanks a lot. Hope to come back in winter for skiing. Mom, dad, and sons spent wonderful time in this place.

WOW! I rented the tent and was amazing overall at the facilities here. The Spa is hands down the best I have ever been to. The breakfast the best breakfast buffet. and had an amazing 5-star steak dinner with a nice wine. The whole concept is a bit odd - luxury caravan park, but I am VERY HAPPY!! Great start or finish to any hike nearby.
