Let me count the ways: the location, the view, the gracious hostess/manager, the lovely accomodations, working wifi, proximity to beach and port, Bella Rinella, the free breakfast, the town, the beautiful local residents, the relxed vibe….i could go on. Just 50 metres from Punta Barone beach, I Cinque Balconi is 200 metres from the port on the island of Salina. It features air-conditioned rooms and a large garden with lemon trees. Salina is a wonderful island and this was the perfect base to explore it from (very convenient to get to from the port after arriving by ferry). We loved the elegant and eclectic style of the hotel (particularly the restored tiles) and having breakfast in the garden. We also had a meal at the restaurant downstairs and would highly recommend it.

Featuring Aeolian-style architecture, Hotel Mamma Santina is set in several houses with terrace, balcony or patio. The view is amazing, location is close to everything and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Eleonora, the manager, arranged a pick-up for us from the port. She also booked us a day tour to Panarea and Stromboli. On our departure date, she offered to open breakfast early for us or even pack up a to go box for us which was incredibly thoughtful. Loved everything ❤️

Overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea from a panoramic cliff-top in the island of Salina, the Hotel Punta Scario offers rooms with a balcony or terrace. Beautiful hotel. Warm hearted and friendly staff. Fantastic restaurant + terrace for a sunset aperitivo (probably best on the island). Pool is great too. Salina is as close to a paradise as you’ll travel. Naturally beautiful.

Located in the tranquil village of Lingua, on the Island of Salina, Hotel Borgo Di Mare is surrounded by lush gardens and is just 10 metres from its free private beach. The location of the hotel is pure perfection. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. To make our stay even better, there was wonderful friendly, and professional staff that made us feel welcome from the first moment. I appreciate their attention to detail - they noticed that it was my partner's birthday so they came with a small cake to congratulate him :) The breakfast offers a nice variety of sweet and savory items so we were 100% satisfied.

Hotel Ravesi is surrounded by green gardens, and is just 500 metres from the beach in Salina Island. Its beautifully furnished rooms offer panoramic sea or garden views and free internet. We had such a wonderful time at Hotel Ravesi. The hotel is a peaceful oasis in the centre of Malfa. There are gardens, a rooftop terrace and a heated infinity pool and all with the most incredible view out to sea and of the neighbouring islands Stromboli and Panarea. Our room, which was recently refurbished, was beautiful and serene. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help us have the perfect stay, helping us organise activities and giving us advise on what to do on the island. Just amazing! We will be back for sure!
