Let me count the ways: the location, the view, the gracious hostess/manager, the lovely accomodations, working wifi, proximity to beach and port, Bella Rinella, the free breakfast, the town, the beautiful local residents, the relxed vibe….i could go on. I Cinque Balconi ligt op slecht 50 meter van het strand Punta Barone en op 200 meter van de haven op het eiland Salina. We loved it there, the history of the place and the hospitality of the owners and staff were exceptional!

Hotel Mamma Santina heeft een Eolische architectuur en is gevestigd in verschillende huizen met terras, balkon of patio. Heel mooie en ruime kamer, grote badkamer, zicht op de zonsopgang. Toegang tot het zwembad. Heel uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt met eigengemaakte cake en jams.

La Locanda Del Postino op het eiland Salina bevindt zich in Pollara, op slechts 400 meter van de zee. nice breakfast caffe, romantic atmosphere and clean…

Hotel Punta Scario ligt op een klif op het eiland Salina en biedt uitzicht op de Tyrrheense Zee en kamers met een balkon of terras. We stayed here after an active two weeks and climbing Stromboli. It was the perfect end to a holiday, small boutique hotel with lovely staff and a quiet atmosphere. The pool is quaint with a lovely view and the beach worth swimming at (public beach). The view from our bedroom was stunning and the terrace upstairs serves drinks and food to watch sunsets - views for days. All in all lovely stay and highly recommended.

La Salina Hotel Borgo Di Mare ligt op slechts 10 meter van het eigen privéstrand in het rustige dorpje Lingua, op het eiland Salina. Het hotel wordt omgeven door weelderige tuinen. The location of the hotel is pure perfection. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. To make our stay even better, there was wonderful friendly, and professional staff that made us feel welcome from the first moment. I appreciate their attention to detail - they noticed that it was my partner's birthday so they came with a small cake to congratulate him :) The breakfast offers a nice variety of sweet and savory items so we were 100% satisfied.

Het L'Ariana is gebouwd in het begin van 1900 en bevindt zich op de rotsen die de zee in hellen. Het heeft de charme van een koloniaals dorp en biedt alle gemakken van een modern hotel. Prachtige locatie, direct aan zee met zit gelegenheid buiten. Mooie schone kamers met heerlijke bedden. Super service en gastvrijheid.

Hotel Ravesi is surrounded by green gardens, and is just 500 metres from the beach in Salina Island. Its beautifully furnished rooms offer panoramic sea or garden views and free internet. Hotel Ravesi continues to be my most favourite place to stay on earth. We spent our week there relaxing by the infinity pool, exploring the nearby volcanic beaches and having aperitivo in the garden while watching Stromboli errupt on the horizon. Just perfect! The rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped and we are SO excited to return after the big renovation! Nadia, the general manager, is just a wonderful person and really went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. The whole team and the Ravesi family are just so lovely. We would absolutely recommend the sunset boat trip, it was the highlight of our stay!
