From the moment of booking our stay until check-out, communication was super friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening, but that was no problem at all. We even got some fresh melon upon arrival! The room was very nice and comfortable with a very soft, enjoyable bed. The day after, we could leave our luggage in the hotel after checkout. Short walk to Rainbow St. with lots of shops and facilities. Super nice beginning of our trip to Jordan!
