Gareth and Rika, the owners, couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Was thankful for the shuttle up to the lifts every morning, even though it’s a short walk.

The children-friendly hotel, Hotel Naturwald Furano offers a play area for kids and accommodations with free Wi-Fi and mountain or city views. I couldn’t fault, despite we came late staff still let us have dinner which was very kind.
