Situated right on the Nakiyama Slope of Happo One mountain, Marillen Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group features Austrian-style décor, carved wood furniture and a fireplace. Great location! Ski in and ski out, plus super close to restaurants and main areas of town. The staff is incredible and super helpful with organizing transportation and any reservations needed.

Everything about Hakuba Alpine Hotel exceed expectations! The staff, room, view, facilities, and location were all exceptional. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Hakuba.

Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

They offered us tea and cakes upon arrival. Breakfast (included in our package) was excellent. We loved being able to sit in front of the fireplace in the lobby. Our room was clean. Highly recommend!

From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.

Featuring a public bath and mist sauna, Phoenix Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group is located in Hakuba, a 30.6 km drive from Nagano. Love our room. We chose the share-bath room type by accident, but in the end it didn’t bother us. The public hot bath and shower are very clean, we didn’t see another guest while using it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are great, and the restaurant Mimi at the hotel is beyond excellent.

Takako provides a delicious little snack each day. We looked forward to seeing what it would be each day. The onsen was hot and refreshing. The location was amazing - walkable to the base of the mountain AND a shuttle bus stop was nearby if you prefer. The whole experience at Hakuba Ski Kan shaped our feelings about Japan…AMAZING.

We joined in the pizza night at their Lodge which was really nice and looked to also be a lovely place to stay.

The Bohemians’ Shelter is the best hostel in Hakuba. The facilities are new and clean. Gaspard is an amazing host that will help you to enjoy Hakuba ski resort. Very friendly service from front desk and the chef can speak pretty good english. Comfy breakfast and ski in sky out resort, perfect for you to quickly get to the chair lift/gondola without carrying the heavy ski or board gears on the road. The room is very clean with room cleaning, and there’s public onsen perfect after a long day of skiing
