Hilton Hiroshima features air-conditioned rooms with cable flat-screen TV in the Hiroshima City Centre district of Hiroshima. Wow what a stay! if I could give it more stars i would gladly do that. Luxurious, amazing stay at the heart of Hiroshima. Beautiful lobby with gorgeous accessorized rooms. Breakfast was good and everything was fresh (also at the other hotel's restaurant). Staff are very professional always with a smile, very helpful and tended to all our requests. We sat in the hotel's bar and enjoyed the singer Wayne and the woman that accompanied him playing. It was delightful. Prices were very decent. We enjoyed every minute there and will for sure come back here again.

Probably our favourite hotel in our 2 week Japan trip! The room was very clean and enormous (which was a great treat after several small rooms) and the huge bathtub was perfect after long days of exploring. Super close to Hiroshima station, a bit of a walk to the main sights which wasn’t an issue for us, but there are lots of transport links close by. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful room which is very new. Toilet was huge with a nice large tub, large shower area and hot air that blew. Even had a cot and diaper bin for my kid, super thoughtful. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Best hotel we've ever stayed in. The receptionists speak great english and are very hospitable, there was even a calligraphy session one night though we didn't have time to join.

We had a huge room and it is so pretty with the japanese seating area! We also loved the welcome tea and snack. The people at the reception are really kind and helpfull. They helped us out with sending our suitcases to another hotel, which helped us out big time!

Tenia habitacions connectades, que va molt bé si es viatja en família. L'esmorzar era variat i complet (amb opcions orientals i occidentals). El pijama que et deixen és el més còmode dels que ens hem trobat. La dutxa estava a una posició alta. La construcció és molt nova. Està a prop de la zona comercial. No té a veure amb l'hotel, però us recomano que tasteu les momiji manju, especialment les de mel, que només es troben a la zona d'Hiroshima.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our view from the 27th floor was incredible, we had one room looking out to the A-Bomb Dome and islands and another room looking out to Hiroshima Castle. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet very much. Located very close to the Peace Memorial Park, Hiroshima Castle and lots of shopping and restaurants.

Everything is super clean, although we used the Eco plan, so they clean the bathroom and change sheets every third day, but they change towels and take out garbage every day. It was very nice to get a bottle of water per person every day, also in the lobby you can have tea/coffee any time in a comfortable relaxing room. The breakfast was exceptional, with a lot of both Japanese and western food choices. Tiny but tasty deserts and every day a special chef dish: French toasts, omelet, okonomiyaki and so on. We stayed 5 days and the breakfast was never boring. Location is very good, very close to streets with lots of shops and restaurants and a short walking distance to main places like Hiroshima Peace Memorial and Hiroshima castle. It is easy to get from the train station, although it takes about 25 minutes lazily walking with suitcases. The room is very interesting, it is quite rare to have separate toilet and a bathroom in a hotel room, also a separate sink in the room itself. The room size is not Japanese, there was a small table and an armchair in a room, the sliding door separates the room from the entrance with toilet and bath rooms. Comfortable bed, hard enough with several pillows of different softness. Internet was good, no problem doing team meetings and video calls. The staff is very friendly and helpful at the reception and during the breakfast.

The hotel is located very conveniently, has a modern feel to it, has a very nice vibe in the reception area, the rooms and in the lounge/ bar. Staff is extremely helpful, especially the hotel manager, Mr Kashiwade, who goes out of his way to help out.
