Fantastic hotel, location is a short walk to the subway. Area felt very safe to walk around at night. Reception area is very nice with seats to relax and read a book if you have any spare time. Filtered and sparking water available to refill bottles. Room was larger than other standard rooms in Japan. Bathroom was very nice. Bed was like sleep on a cloud but still supportive. Would highly recommend, cannot wait to come back.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Each room also comes with a little balcony. And finally it's situated north of Shinsaibashi so just a sort metro ride, making it convenient for visiting Osaka - would stay again!
