We ate our breakfast at the washitsu, drank the free beer in the living room and had a relaxing bath. We also used the private onsen and sauna. The inn booked us a reservation at a nearby restaurant. You can keep your luggage at the reception area or sent nearby the station as you continue to explore the town. Great location, restaurants, shops, convenient stores are just a walk away.

Classic ＆ modern SELF-STYLED HOTEL 番場おおそね is located in Chichibu, 37 km from Mitsumine Shrine and 49 km from Koma Shrine. The staff was delightful. We came on a very rainy day, so we were a little tired and wet getting there. However, the staff provided us a nice overview of the property with a warm cheerful greeting. They had umbrellas for us to use. I loved all the tourist information in the lobby. We do not speak Japaneses well, but they were very helpful. I felt the modern aesthetics were nice and it was very clean to me. One thing that caught my attention was the toothbrushes they provided were a nice design to hold. This is a funny comment, but I've stayed at many upscale hotels and this little detail was a real delight!

It was out of our expectation but yeah get the breakfast if you haven't so! I also did not expect the hotel to have an onsen but it did! It is clean and a good size. Water temp is so comfortable. Location is great as it is just a short 6mins walk near to the station but not at the busy streets.

This was actually my second time staying at the hotel, I enjoyed it so much the first time I decided to come back and it was just as good as I remembered. Very conveniently located for people who plan to visit Tokyo and Saitama, only 15 minutes from Ikebukero. The staff speak English and Japanese and there are many convenient amenities nearby, such as the train station, Starbucks, a nice bakery and some restaurants. I really enjoyed my time here.

We stayed at the hotel to attend to a concert in Saitama Super Arena; it was about 15 min train ride or 20 min walk one-way. The hotel was beautiful with gold accents. We loved the high quality amenities available at the hotel (i.e., spa, shower head, hot water pot, etc.). The hotel was spacious and the mattress was soft in comparison to other hotels in Tokyo. We would stay here again if we were going to another concert in the future.

Only one train stop from Omiya station where we took the Shinkansen the next morning. Was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the beds and the hotel in general. We needed 2 beds in one room which can be hard to find. Was much better value for the money than staying near Tokyo station or even Omiya. Super easy. Very close to the saitama shintoshin station.

Is near to Hon-kawagoe station, is like 300m, JR station is slightly far, around 800m. Good location, close to Saitama old town. A lot nice Japanese snack you can get it there. Love the public shower in the hotel, the onsen is good. Breakfast is very good too.
