Manager Jay and everyone we met there were amazing and so extremely hospitable. It felt like we were in a 5 star hotel! The place is sooo clean, and the bed is firm, the breakfast was good too! Manager Jay had also kindly assigned us a room facing the main road on the top floor and we could see the tip of Hallasan, it was such a great sight to wake up to! :)

Absolutely amazing cozy modern clean hotel with the best and friendliest owners you can imagine! Excellent location, loved the area around the hotel, you can do Olle hiking along the beach, climb the volcano, enjoy surrounding cafes with breathtaking sea views, take a ferry to Udo island (highly recommend!), try all local seafood dishes (black pork, abalone porridge, seafood stews etc), enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises right from the roof, work (if you are a digital nomad etc) right on the roof as well (they have desks there). Everything looks new and clean in the hotel. The hotel is quiet and so peaceful with beautiful classic music playing in the lobby. The owners are very kind, helpful, friendly, and accommodating! Highly recommend to stay there and I'll go there again when back to Jeju Island!

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool, Toscana Hotel is located in Seogwipo city. Free WiFi and free parking are available at the hotel. It was our first time in Jeju and in Korea, and the first family holiday with our 2 young kids after a long break due to covid. The hotel staff were exceptional in their service - very kind and helpful with all our requests about where to go and what to eat. We booked the one bedroom suite which was astonishingly spacious and clean. The room was so comfortable and homely and really quiet. Our favourite part of the stay was the heated outdoor pool!!!! We loved it so much. Best pool we have ever been in. Hotel breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfast I've had in all my travels. Each dish was delicious - both international and local. The pastries were artisanal, fluffy and delightful. We would love to return and stay there again.

This luxurious, non-smoking property boasts spacious outdoor and indoor pools, a modern fitness centre and a spa and wellness centre. It also features 7 restaurants and free Wi-Fi access. Beautiful view of the water and beach. Room service was great. Spa gave great massages.

Close to a lot of activities to do in Seogwipo! Beyond expectations, I booked for me and my 4 other friends, they had no idea what the interior or the hotel looked like, and left it in my capable hands - They too were beyond amazed with the great shower facilities, the view off into the distant coast with Saeyeongyo Bridge! The PILLOWS!!! I remember walking out of toilet and my friend was immediately conked out after laying her head on the pillow (manufacturer: Nubizio), I too was a victim to this pillow, conked out whilst friends were still in the room talking. This cloud pillow really absorbs your tiredness making you feel refreshed upon your slumber! There is a lovely cafe within walking distance of 7 mins from the hotel called Cafe Dam-a (카페담아), you must go, the owner was lovely and maybe she'll give you a treat on the house if you're nice :) Not only is the neighbourhood quiet, but so is the hotel, it felt like we honestly had it to ourselves! In a good way ahah. We drove from the airport to the the hotel, and it has parking for up to 2-4 cars (realistically for up to two cars, although there are four parking spaces, you'd block the cars at the rear from exiting as the parking is shaped in a square format), nevertheless, the neighbourhood seems to be a free parking area where you can park your vehicles without any lawful restrictions, so long as it doesn't interfere with other vehicle mobility. I don't know if it has been mentioned on the bookings website, but there was an EV charger on the premises in the parking spaces toward the rear of the 4 by 4 square car parking, as to what kW charger type, I don't quite recall, most likely a type 2 charger as the assumption is that you charge your car overnight, and it wouldn't make sense to have installed a highspeed charger, but double-check with the premises beforehand!
