La Mariposa Mauritius ligger i Rivière Noire, 30 km från Les Chute de Riviere Noire. Boendet erbjuder ett privat strandområde och en utomhuspool. Det finns även en trädgård och en terrass. An adult-only hotel (as from 15 years), Hotel Chalet Chamarel is perched on the ridges of Chamarel mountain with exceptional panoramic views of the west coast on one side and breathtaking views of the... This hotel exceeded our expectations in ways we cannot explain! The location and views are stunning, and the chalets themselves spacious, comfortable, clean, and luxurious. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was welcoming and professional. Our only regret was not staying longer.

It was cosy, comfy bed, great AC and fridge. I was happy about the mosquito net, but we did not need to use it because the electrical repellant worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent and we were also satisfied with the dinner. The live music in the evening was great. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is on a great location, the sunsets from the beach are beautiful. The roof pool and the main pool are great. We used the bus to go to Flic en Flac beach. A local told us the could go across the river to the Flic en Flac beach but we were not sure. We would come back to the hotel.

Was quite calm, good food, friendly staff. Nice pool and private beach. We didn't go the beach because 2 cyclones hit Mauritius in the last 10 days but the view it's very beautiful.
