We loved Grace, Lazarus, Floyd, Georges, Makiti, William, has Chryselda, and all the others.We can't thanks them enough for all they made for us. The pool spot is really cool and watch a movie there under the stars in the night is crazy, you have the 5 stars service too. Food was really good. The rooms are simply beautiful, every details are gorgeous. The view from your room is WOW. What can I say? Don't hesitate, just run to that place that we can call paradise. This place is UNIQUE and the staff too!!!

Grunau Country Hotel in Grünau has 2-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar. Swimming pool was nice, bathrooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

We were warmly greeted by Phylicia and she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which catered perfectly for our every need. Phylicia has thought of absolutely everything and supplies so many convenient things for a traveller… think cooking oil, coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, butter and more. There is even a selection of toiletries in case you forgot yours. The hosts live on site and it was like being welcomed to a new family, which is so nice when you’re so far from home. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.

If you are thinking of staying in Luderitz then this is a “gem” of a place. The studio unit was perfect, clean and presented beautifully. It had everything you need , a small kitchenette with hotplate, microwave, fridge and an assortment of cooking equipment. The balcony gives you an option to sit outside and enjoy those Namibian sunsets. The shower had the most wonderful shower head with strong pressure and hot water. The 2 “angels” who looked after us were a real delight and know how to give the best Namibian welcome. These 2 young ladies also know how to prepare the units for guests and are a credit to the establishment. Thanks ladies … we will be back!

Very nice place with beautiful view! Very kind and helpful host! If we ever travel again to Luderitz we will definitely choose this place.
