She helped us with our laundry, gave restaurant tips, asked one of her employees to chop our braai wood into smaller pieces when we asked and even gave us some home-made soup to take with us when we checked out. There's a small shop with local products, breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious and very tidy. About a 10-minute walk from the city centre but it's safe. Highly recommended!

They even called to book for us at places we wanted to go to, recommended great restaurants around the area.

The uniquely designed Beach Lodge is located in Swakopmund and features a restaurant, bar and BBQ facilities. The hotel has a garden and offers uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. Great beach hotel. It is what it says -- a great little hotel RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The pictures are true... our patio door walked right out onto that lovely green lawn and then to the beach. It was great that they offered a family room, it had a nice patio and small fridge and coffee/tea station. It wasn't the most elegant decor, but it was clean and completely met our needs for a beach get away. Free parking -- it was tight to get to our assigned spot, but the car gaurd was always on duty to help ease one into the space.

The receptionists are outstanding, great support, very friendly, they really try to help the customer also for activities or bookings not connected to the hotel, great professionalism!

Offering views of the Atlantic Ocean and located a short walk from the Jetty and and the National Marine Aquarium, Swakopmund Sands features a lounge and bar area. Everything. The room was very spacious, clean,bed was comfy, the bathroom was also really well layed out but was stood out the most was the friendlyness of the staff. Really helpful, always smiling. Can only recommend

Located along the Atlantic coast within a 15 minutes’ walk from Palm Beach, Hansa Hotel Swakopmund features two restaurants, a bar and terrace. It has a garden and offers free WiFi in all areas. A traditional, well-run hotel. We had a suite (the Senator’s Suite) which was huge and made us feel like VIPs! The staff were all fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant every night, the food was excellent. I recommend trying the Hansa coffee! The hotel is in the centre of town, so very convenient. Hansa Hotel was our favourite accommodation whilst in Namibia! We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
