My partner and I loved the friendliness of our hosts, the delicious food served, and the spectacular location this accommodation was nestled in. Mr. B's family was so friendly, they included us in their son's first rice feeding and their other son's birthday which included dal bhat, beer, and cake. The food on the other hand was something we looked forward to throughout the day; our favourite was the tomato onion cheese omelet served with jacket potatoes and salad, yum. The location was astounding, it bordered Bardiya National Park and the gates to the park were a two minute walk away. Additionally, Mr.B's place offered guided jeep safaris, walking tours, and rafting safaris through the park; we did each and saw so much wildlife including rhinos and tigers!

If you want to experience a truly rustic stay in a jungle safari like setting this is the place we enjoyed the Jeep safari and espescially the walking safari The owners son Ari had excellent english, he and his brothers and sister were a delight

Bardia Riverside View Park Resort dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Bhurkīā. Este alojamiento, que cuenta con servicio de conserjería, también ofrece barbacoa. The place is very tranquil and about a 5-10 minute bike ride to the market. They have a bike available for rent which did come in very handy. The room was comfortable and clean and WiFi worked very well. The staff is wonderful and very helpful with finding out bus schedules, planning a safari tour and offering guidance for the area.

Bardia Eco Friendly Homestay está en Bhurkīā y ofrece vistas a la ciudad, jardín, terraza y restaurante. En la habitación en casa particular, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Tuvimos una estancia genial, toda la familia se implicó, cada uno desde sus posibilidades en que nuestra estancia fuese lo mas agradable posible. Shardul nos fue a buscar, nos presentó a sus amigos, nos acompañó a la selva , incluso un día más e lo previsto para tratar de enriquecer nuestra estancia, he incluso cuando ya acabó nuestro tiempo alli, tamben continuo preocupandose y tratando de facilitarnos los tramites posteriores. Sarita y las chicas preparaban unos platos deliciosos, fue el mejor Dal Bhat y los mejores momos que hemos probado pero hasta el yogur sabía especial alli, una maravilla! Basu por otro lado tampocó dudo en acompañarnos por el pueblo para acercarnos a la cultura Tharu así como mostrarnos su compromiso con a preservacion de los ecosistemas del parque. Fue un gusto estar alli y volveriamos sin duda. Os deseamos lo mejor!!

Wild Planet Eco Retreat tiene bicicletas gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza en Bhurkīā. Ofrece restaurante, bar y instalaciones para deportes acuáticos. Felt very welcome, simple accommodation but very functional, and in a beautiful setting, a really short walk from the park gates and village. Baba and team were amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with planning onwards journey. It was great to chat and hear about all the amazing work going into education and conservation, it was great to support this.

Nanu's Bardiya Homestay se encuentra en Bhurkīā y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al jardín. If you would like to stay in a true Nepali homestay, Nanu and Kali’s place is amazing. They offer a very pure, yet comfortable experience. They have two rooms for rent, and live on the property themselves. Nanu will be able to guide you on hiking safari’s as well for a good price. Apart from that the food is amazing. :) Would 100% recommend anybody looking for a Nepali experience to go here!

Namaste Bardiya Resort está en Bhurkīā y dispone de vistas a la montaña, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y bar. En el bed and breakfast, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Very friendly staff, good food, hot shower and cold beer in the evening made our stay great. We also did two jungle walking Safaris with the owner. He Show us animals we could have never seen without him. He's a guide for 22 years. One last thing: almost every third day the elephant comes to the river! You can watch him from their Terrace easily

Bardia Forest Resort dispone de jardín, terraza, restaurante y bar en Bardia. Este alojamiento, que cuenta con servicio de habitaciones, también ofrece zona de juegos infantil. Great place close to Bardia. Wonderful staff and guides. They will arrange any kind of activity-jeep trip or walk, full day or half day. They organize it to your wishes, depending on what you hope to see. We even had a feast at a village house, with home made rice wine (fire water). Sitting around a fire, we had a great evening. I give this resort the highest recommendation possible.
