The location is really nice, it's opposite a mall and there are many little shops where you guy buy shawarma, fresh juices, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay in the hotel was amazing 👏. The staff were very helpful and the facilities are brand new with very cleanliness standards. The hotel has a private beach access with shuttle service to the dedicated rest villa. I highly recommend everyone to take advantage from the hotel and associated services.

This is hands down the best value for money hotel I have stayed at. The facilities were clean. The staff was awesome (despite visiting during Ramadan) and was willing to help with anything I needed during my stay. One night they even brought sweets for Iftar. I will say it might be more expensive during waterfall season, but was overall awesome.

My time in Juweira was excellent, as they had their own private beach. The receptionists, Rasha and Sienna, were particularly kind and helpful. Both were incredibly welcoming and supportive. The accommodation was clean, the furniture was fresh, and the amenities were good. My room offers a stunning sea view. Furthermore, the housekeeping and restaurant personnel were immaculately dressed. I will do it again, but this time it will be a family vacation.
