The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the use of our kitchen to prepare lunches and snacks for excursions.

Fantastic location, easy to access, amazing views of Huascaran Park just behind the town! Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly (even brought us up hot tea to our room about half an hour after we checked in 🥰), breakfast was made fresh for us, and we were even made some Muna tea (helps with altitude) when we mentioned my husband was having some gut issues! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Las Torrecitas asub Carhuazis Ancashi piirkonnas, 33 km kaugusel Estadio Rosas Pampast. Kohapeal on restoran, terrass ja toateenindus. This place is professionally run and with caring attention. We stayed twice here and absolutely loved the staff, the style, the comfort, everything.

I normally do not write an evaluation but Carlos and his family just deserve the best. Of course it is not a 5-star hotel but if you are in Huaraz you don’t need that at all. Carlos always was there for me from helping me organizing all the hikes (you should definitely organize them with the help from him otherwise you pay too much if you just walk into some agencies) to getting my laundry from the lavanderia because I arrived too late from a hike. Loved our time here. While the location is outside of the centre of Huaraz, we actually liked this as you don’t have all the noise and commotion of the centre. Close to the Movilbus terminal - so handy if you use them as connections! The local motorbike taxis are an easy way to get around to restaurants, etc. The owners were so kind and extremely helpful - with thanks to Jamie he made sure we had activities planned each day with his connections. The breakfast on the top floor was always a great way to start the day - love that view!! Rooms were always clean & comfortable with everything you might need.

Hidden gem situated just a stone's throw away from the city center. Shielded by its tall walls, it provides a surprising quietude amidst the Huaraz chaos. The beautifully landscaped gardens amplify this tranquility, giving a peaceful break from the city's hustle. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet where the staff ensures every detail is attended to. The room was cozy, with a notably comfortable bed. While Huaraz can have its water and electricity challenges everything runs seamlessly at the hotel, there were enough electrical plugs in the room and there was always hot water in the shower. What truly set this hotel apart for me, though, was the staff. Every individual I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. A special mention to the owner – his passion for the place shines through, and his warmth and welcoming nature made my stay all the more memorable. An oasis of calm and hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel.

Huascarani rahvuspargi lähedal Callejón de Huaylases asuv hotell El Abuelo pakub majutust Carhuazis. The hotel was on our way back from a hike and conveniently located. It was really quiet as we were almost the only one there at the time. The Staff and owner were really sympathetic and helpful. Rooms are simple but clean
