I simply loved my stay at this hotel. It is on the higher end but everything is great. Two "Infinity-pools", private beach, great breakfast, a sense of relaxation everywhere. ALl the staff is super nice and helpful, and they even have a private car that can drive guests to closer places of Mactan. On top of that, John Mark, the concierge was always willing to help us out and was a great help.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. - the concierge, guard and reception was very attentive - also they helped out with getting my ride to the airport - the room was amazing, very clean and added bonus is that they do room service / in-room dining. - toiletries comes in a pack - location was amazing - close to the airport, on the main road, lots of taxis that pass by, close to Gaisano Mactan Island mall & also near restaurants / bars. Definitely would come back and highly recommended.

Set in Mactan, within 8.1 km of SM City Cebu and 10 km of Ayala Center Cebu, Vivien's Hotel provides accommodation with a restaurant. First of all they are aware of their promises and responsibilities. They have done the transfer perfectly even tough hey did not manage our returning transfer, I appreciate it (they said they do not have a free seat for the transfer time we asked). Breakfast was more than enough and delicious. Our room was super clean and this hotel is close to very nice restaurants already!
