The water was clear and there were so many colorful fish to see. I even got to feed the fish, which was a lot of fun. Among the facilities at this property are a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. we stayed for one night on a layover and it was super comfortable and clean! the woman at the front desk was lovely and they text us before we arrived to check our arrival time to have everything ready. it was very quiet and we had a lovely night sleep.

I simply loved my stay at this hotel. It is on the higher end but everything is great. Two "Infinity-pools", private beach, great breakfast, a sense of relaxation everywhere. ALl the staff is super nice and helpful, and they even have a private car that can drive guests to closer places of Mactan. On top of that, John Mark, the concierge was always willing to help us out and was a great help.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. - the concierge, guard and reception was very attentive - also they helped out with getting my ride to the airport - the room was amazing, very clean and added bonus is that they do room service / in-room dining. - toiletries comes in a pack - location was amazing - close to the airport, on the main road, lots of taxis that pass by, close to Gaisano Mactan Island mall & also near restaurants / bars. Definitely would come back and highly recommended.

First of all they are aware of their promises and responsibilities. They have done the transfer perfectly even tough hey did not manage our returning transfer, I appreciate it (they said they do not have a free seat for the transfer time we asked). Breakfast was more than enough and delicious. Our room was super clean and this hotel is close to very nice restaurants already!
