Def highlight was the staff: one of the best! From the reception to cleaning personal, they all made sure that we have a great experience. First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

The employees were very kind and helpful for everything you need, I had water in my bag after a walk and they helped me to find another charger until I had a new one or to storage things in the fridge! They have good breakfast and a private car parking!

Probably the best hotel on the island. The manager, Mr Alexandru Daralta, was very nice to us, giving us an update to the junior suite, which was spectacular. I would suggest to stay at this place, when coming to Sao Miguel, cause it's right in the city center and the hotel is super nice. We did not had the chance to try the breakfast, as we left early in the morning. This will be our base camp if we come back again on the island. :)

The room was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and very well isolated form the outside noises. Even there were construction work nearby we never heard any noise. The breakfast was very nice! We loved the option to have the typical pastry and the cheese with pepper sauce everyday apart of other options, fresh fruit, different types of pastries and breads, ham and cheese, all perfect! You also have the option to park in the hotel parking. It is easier to get into the parking with a smaller car, but even with a big car you are fine. It is an option that not all hotels offer. What made our stay so exceptional was the stuff at the hotel. The communication was clear, accurate and prompt. In particular, the receptionist/manager excelled in providing us suggestions and recommendation on places to visit and things to do, so we could fully enjoy our time. It was a first class service! I give the Pêro Teive Bay Apartments Hotel my highest recommendation and thank all the stuff to make our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Är fortfarande på nAzorerna och återvänder på min resa till Ponta Delgada i nästa vecka! För ytterligare tre vecor där! :)

Staden var mysig att strosa runt i.
Staden var mysig att strosa runt i. Vi tyckte mest om den gamla delen. Kyrkorna var vackra att gå in i. Det fanns en del små fina affärer och caféer. Man gick lätt runt i staden på ett par timmar.Vi åt god fisk på kvällen. Nästa resa ska vi komma ihåg att boka bord på restaurangerna dagen innan för det kunde vara svårt att få plats annars. Hela Azorerna var ett fantastiskt resmål och vi längtar efter att återvända!

Otroligt mysig stad som erbjuder det mesta och har alltid...
Otroligt mysig stad som erbjuder det mesta och har alltid något att erbjuda. Trots att det är Azorernas största stad så känns det inte stökigt och otryggt. Väldigt lugn och fin stad. Det enda som är ett minus är att det flesta butiker stänger innan 20 och att restaurangerna öppnar sent.
