Everything was just perfect ! The facilities are state of the art, the room was very comfortable and the staff are all keen to assist you.

La limpieza de las instalaciones es excepcional, el desayuno es delicioso y tiene gran variedad de platos para elegir, pero, entre todo, el spa fue mi zona favorita, disfrutar de la piscina durante la noche es una experiencia que no se puede dejar pasar. Owner and personnel are very warm and nice. I was with my family (2 adults+2 children's) and I had an apartment. Rooms and the beds are excelent, comfortable and clean.

The accommodation is very nice, can accommodate 4 people, along with winter/skiing clothes. We made breakfast every morning since the apartment has all the basic amenities you need for making breakfast/dinner. One of the things I liked the most is the hotel spa, which you have to pay extra, but it's more than worth the price! It's spacious, has three saunas, indoor and outdoor hot pool and hot tub, turkish steam room, etc. Also, if you come here for skiing, you will appreciate that the ski pass issuing machine is located straight inside the hotel! The hotel staff, along with Milka - the apartment owner were very polite and responsive before and throughout our stay!
