Joah Inn is a great place to start exploring Paramaribo and Suriname in general. The hotel is in very central location, from where it's very easy to get around. The rooms and apartments are spacious and have everything you need. In my opinion, the maisonettes are the least impressive rooms. The pool in the main court-yard is great, however the water gets a bit warm in the afternoon. Service is good and breakfast is great. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is located in the heart of Paramaribo - walking distance to majority of things that one may want to do in the city centre. The front-desk personnel was super nice and friendly. The room size was good, fully stocked bathroom. We suggest taking the breakfast with the hotel, as it was very nice and the coffee was decent. All in all, it is a solid option for someone looking to stay in downtown.

Spacious room, fully accessorized, excellent air conditioning and Wifi. Rich breakfast including fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel has various sitting areas where you can sit down and relax. A hop skip from "restaurant road", and a short walking distance to all of Paramaribo's main attractions. It's probably the best hotel I stayed at across Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana.

Gordon, Sanja and Kenneth made our trip to Suriname an incredible experience.. They are ver,y helpful, provide information before the trip as well as during the stay. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a good supermarketl within a walking distance and a new Chinese snack bar just round the corner.serving excellent wonton. Couleur locale is the best accommodation in Paramaribo.

The location was great, very central and there's a big supermarket a few steps away. The location also felt very safe since there's security at the gate 24/7. The apartment itself was very cozy and clean and had everything that I needed for a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Paramaribo.

Perfect stay in a new accommodation (one year old). Great shower, good bed and nice outdoor lounge area. Quiet. Only 5 minutes drive to the restaurants in the city center. Staff is professional, attentive and has an eye for detail. Great service and a price/ value is very good. We have stayed here twice now as it is a perfect hub for exploring Paramaribo and the rest of Suriname.

I cannot rate the staff highly enough. I had problems with payment, but the owners were patient and extremely kind to me, which meant that I was able to enjoy my time in Paramaribo. The facilities are nice and the hotel is comfortable, but it is the extent that they will go to in order to support you that is really memorable. Highly recommend.

Great location very close to restaurants and bars. And still quiet because in a side street. Apartment is located a very nice old renovated wooden building that is so typical for Paramaribo. Spacious room that is tastefully decorated. Very responsive owner and staff: everything is well arranged. So all you need as a (business) traveller

The location is very safe. The apartments are comfortable, clean, spacious and well kept. The owner is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and i would certainly recommend this place for couples, familys or groups of friends seeking a place to stay in paramaribo.

Small family run hotel with basic but clean rooms. However, what sets this hotel apart is the wonderful open air dining/lounge area with a pool, lush plants and chirping birds. A little Garden Eden in Paramaribo. Staff (e.g. Lucie) are just great, helpful and accomodating.

I highly recommend this Apartment to anyone. The location is great. Not far from the city center or nightlife at all. I would absolutely stay in this place again should I return to Paramaribo.

Nice location near of Paramaribo. We came a second time to enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Once again we were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff.

Hotel is a recently renewed place, located in front of the paramaribo central market. Not a really as good as expected. but ok for a 2 or 3 days business trip.

A true hostel in Paramaribo, to my knowledge the only one. It's a focal point for backpackers in Suriname. Good spirit and information on their website.

The location, the value for money is unbeatable in Paramaribo and the room was small but comfortable enough with all the basic amenities.

The place was like a tropical Oasis right in the middle of everything. It's a small hotel but very nice and I felt totally safe getting up at 1:00am to come down and wait for the shuttle.
