The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's easy to get food delivered, if you don't want to go out, since the location is very accessible. The location is also within the range of the pickup for the booked tours. The hotel has a very nice heated pool.

Ideally situated in the centre of Chiang Mai, Smile Lanna Hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. The staff were excellent and genuinely try their best to make sure we had a good time. Any issues they will immediately come to help us and very helpful from the moment we arrive to the hotel. Location is close to central, the hotel also has transfers at 6pm free of charge for residents to popular locations based on the day. Breakfast is excellent, they even provide a service making fresh omlette or fried egg and bake fresh roti in the morning in addition to an international cuisine. I am very happy with our stay.

Staff is lovely, they offered our room 3 hours before the check in and even called our taxi driver on the way to the airport when we had forgotten something in the room!
