Molto bello, curato e pulitissimo. L'arredamento seppur con colori forti risultava rilassante. I dettagli e la pulizia sono ottimi. La posizione a me non interessava ma è centrale. Colazione buona.

Situato a Kars, l'Hotel Katerina Sarayı offre un giardino, una terrazza. Breakfast was very good! The staff were friendly, helpful and always in a good demeanour. Sembra, Akif and Maskat were just 3 of the many staff who made us feel very welcome. The location is gorgeous. We were there in late October and the grounds were covered in red, gold and brown autumn leaves with a creek nearby. We enjoyed this view while sipping tea and keeping warm next to the brassiers burning with wood.

Featuring a garden and terrace, as well as a restaurant, AHISKA PALAS OTEL is located in Kars. The accommodation provides room service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. The location is smack in the middle of Kars, just under Kars castle and central to lots of restaurants. You're not going to beat this location with any other hotel, bar none. The hotel is new and in a super-nicely converted building (it's unclear what it was - but perhaps a large barn or stables of some sort) and it combines rustic features of old stone with nice new, warm wood. The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel is adjoined to a popular cafe in Kars (which is also owned by them) and served up an overwhelming traditional Turkish breakfast everyday. Super value in this.

Excellent hotel, almost brand new and a great value! The staff is very polite and helpful. The room is good size with all amenities and excellent sound proofing. I was able to park my motorcycle in the underground garage so that was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of everything and a fresh omelette station too.

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The service we received was absolutely impeccable and of such a high standard. The genuine hospitality we received from all the staff right up to the owners warmed our heart. The food was delicious the spa treatment was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. The owners and management had gone out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The hotel had experience zero to no snow but they arranged a transfer up the mountain for us to experience it. We will forever remember the time spent here and cant thank you enough for helping us make the best memories. From our hearts to yours thank you so much. May your business always flourish.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff were most accommodating. We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi and the staff were so helpful until we had our computers going. The breakfast was really nice. They were also helpful in finding us a wonderful guide and recommendations for dinner.
