She makes one of the best Vietnamese coffees (even if one is leaving very early in the morning), arranges the ride to/from the airport for a reasonable price, and contacts the motorcycle renting company. We communicated via translation app, which proved unproblematic. We spent little time at the property as we were busy going around the island, but what we did was comfortable and the place has a relaxed vibe.

What an amazing hotel. The people are so helpful and really try to address your every need. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Location is perfect and the free cable car tickets to SunWorld are a great perk. We also got a discount for the Kiss of the Sea show. That is an amazing and incredible show which is a must see. Roma Hotel is located close to the venue so you can walk to it. Will definitely be returning to Toma Hotel and Phu Quoc Island. Wow.

You can swim 3-400m (~20minutes) from the last restorant to make an amazing snorkelling on the huge corall-reef on the next bay... 😉 This is one of the best corall-reef on Phu Quoc island!
