The host was super warm, friendly, and helpful. The room was great, the mattress was comfortable, the price super reasonable. He rented a motorbike with good price and messaged me halfway way through the trip to make sure I was alright. It is close to coffee shops and restaurants, the river and a park.

The bathroom is very big We were travelling to Hanoi and the lady arranged for bus tickets which were very very comfortable and premium. The stay and behaviour overall was exceptional.

It's not luxurious of course for this price but the room is spaceous and clean and you can also rent a motorbike or book tours with the homestay. :)

Subtly placed overlooking the coastline and on the main street, this hotel boasts of amenities like a swimming pool, gym and a bistro that serves gastronomic novelties complemented by a fully stocked bar. The rooms are bigger than most I've seen with queen size beds or twins that are pretty good. The kitchen staff needs particular mention because my vegetarian friend who was carrying some ready to eat meals wanted them to be heated and somewhat cooked which was facilitated by the staff. All in all a place you can go with friends family or couples.

I loved the pools. Both enormous perfect for doing laps. The spa was sensational where I went for my massage. Quite tricky to find but well worth the hunt . There is a shuttle car that can drive you. This hotel is rated as 4 star, but standards have slipped considerably. Our rooms were large and comfortable, but the furniture and fittings need renewal and repair. The river view is excellent and the city view is very good. Daily room service was very good. The pool is large and well maintained. We appreciated the flexibility of a 1 pm check-out.

The staff were excellent!! Especially Sarah. She went above and beyond to help us out as we had a sleeper bus arrive at 3am and she went out of her way to call a taxi for us at this time as we couldn't find one. The lovely man even carried our bags down to our room for us after arriving at 3am. The reception staff were beautiful and we loved our room. Only downfall was we didn't have enough time to stay longer 🥺

Everything about the room was great. The host Linh was extremely helpful. He booked two tours on consecutive days for us after we arrived there. For breakfast, the hosts provided excellent vegetarian food (upon our request). There is a swimming pool and they provide tubes and life jackets for people who do not know swimming. My nine year old son enjoyed lying down in the swimming pool. Linh also provided for pick-up from and drop-off to Dong Hoi airport at a reasonable price.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach. We had the beach facing room, much to our delight and we enjoyed every moment of watching the sunrise right from the comfort of our beds. The management is very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely oasis in Phong Nha! It is a beautiful little boutique hotel in a superb location. We loved our villa with the porch swing overlooking the gardens and paddies, it was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant out front has some amazing food. The best carbonara I’ve ever had - actually everything we had was remarkably very good. By far the best place to eat in Phong Nha. And the people keeping things running smoothly were absolutely lovely always smiling as they went about making sure everyone’s needs were being fulfilled. And another remarkable thing was not being asked for a review, all the more reason to sing their glories! A great place to stay, we would fully recommend it!
