Apartment was ok. Amazing sea view from the terrace in the apartment. Pools and area around them were very clean. Close to the beach. Staff was very helpful. Food was good and there was much to choose from. Animations for kids everyday. One of the best choices for this price. We are thinking about coming back :)

The hotel is clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a supermarket that works till late hours. The pool is great, it's not too crowded and even when we got around 11am there was still a place in the shade. The beach is near and nice. The food is ok, even my kids found what to eat. The hotel is a 5-10 min drive from Sunnybeach, which is great to go to in the evening. My kids enjoyed the slides.

the breakfast was excellent, very rich, very tasty. I like the fact that the hotel creates a special ethos, a special atmosphere and it does the best to make the guests feel pampered. Everything was great with the exception of the spa. The rest was just amazing. The food was exceptionally delicious and the garden is a real paradise on earth. I am absolutely enchanted by this place. I am so happy it is Bulgarian. Very high quality of the tourist service. And the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location is a dream come true. Words just fail me. I am in love with Helena!
