Amazing hotel for staying with kids. Lots of entertainment for children, most of people staying there were with children. my apologies but was not able to remember the lady’s name but my guess was she was the general manager and if not should be. at every turn at the hotel regardless if you were getting breakfast, dinner, had an issue to resolve, or just had a question in general, this lady was there. She was like a ghost. A good ghost. Popping up at all times of the day making sure your stay was world class. She was the soul of the hotel as were the rest of the staff members. thank you and again my apologies for not remembering your name.
