Stayed 3 nights in this amazing Balinese style resort, we had booked a large sunset villa with a view over the gardens and the sea, the villa had a bath in the middle of the room and a large bed with a fantastic view! We were unfortunately forced to leave the awful Santhiya Resort & Spa on Koh Phangan late in the evening! We had called Kupu Kupu if they still had a villa available and luckily they had it. We were very kindly helped by the reception and they already understood the situation! We were offered a free lunch from Kupu Kupu ourselves for the next day, that was really great service. We really had a great stay here with friendly and helpful staff, especially Andy from the reception arranged things for us such as a rental scooter, provided information about the area (which we also visited) and transport to the Ferry, fantastic! The place is right on a calm beach, the atmosphere is relaxing. Boris and his family (the host) are easy going, welcoming and make you feel at home. I like how they are caring about the planet - such as by providing reusable bottles for us to carry with us during our stay (it saved us some money not having to buy plastic bottles every time). We highly recommend this stay.

Splendid Location, quiet area, you will swim in the pool and having the breakfast in front of the sea. Room are classic Thai style, spacious, and clean. This is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the island (you can rent a motorbike at the hotel and you are good to go pretty everywhere). The best part of our staying actually was the staff: really kind, professional and keen to help all the guests. The hotel manager is golden.
