I wouldn't book any other hotel coming to Phuket! The pictures online don't do the hotel justice - we felt as if we were in heaven from the minute we stepped in. Each and everyone of the staff was beyond friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The whole hotel area is breathtaking, the pool area is quiet, clean and the palmtrees and trees make the hotel feel as if you are in the middle of nature. The rooms are so spacious and modern and we couldn't hear a thing during the day or at night. We especially enjoyed the vegan meals in the Green Cafe and had the best evening at Fresca Restaurant - the waiters are exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome.

I've never seen such attention to detail and a genuine level of care for all the guests here. I can't thank Joy enough for being our emissary while here. She took the time to get to know us and helped fine tune our activities to perfection. The rooms are very luxurious and quite spacious. The added touch of having a French press coffee maker in the room is fantastic.

He treated us like family, assisting us in booking tours, renting a scooter, and providing valuable suggestions for nearby attractions. Seb also guided us to excellent breakfast and lunch spots, making our dining experiences enjoyable. No matter what we needed, he was always there to help. Our stay wouldn't have been as delightful without Seb. The resort's location is ideal, and to top it off, we even enjoyed a complimentary sauna! :)
