The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Room has nice reviews and the swimming is so cool. It is a good choice for those who like nature.

Great option to stay in Phong Nha, as most options in town are hostels. Great view of the lake, great food and drinks as well. The hotel also has a spa, which was super convenient especially after 2 long days of trekking. You need to take a taxi to go to town, but the town is quite small and not much going on, so it was nice to stay in this much more quiet area. You can kayak and swim in the lake, which we didn't do as we were too tired, but it looked nice.
