Very very limited choice in buffet breakfast for vegetarians. Also choice of vegetarian food not good. Despite request F and B staff didn’t listen.

I like that there were there beds. It’s good for families. Location is nice. Very near to Sheikh Zayed Road.

No proper fridge in the room Could not control the temperature in the room Need better ice service. Had to wait not once but every time, and they bring you a small cup of ice in a hot place. You need to invest in an ice machine and ice bucket .

The room is so dark, the lightning lacks. Also I think room has to be renovated, it is getting older.

Water pressure in shower was not good. On my day all tv sattelite was not working.seem balconies door closed for security reason( but its save for kids).needs more light to bright the room. Didn’t try the breakfast unfortunately missed it.

The room was very nice and staff were very nice, helpful & friendly. The night shift Guest check in staff from Cameroon at the reception was very smart, professional and very supportive at all times during our booking & with any inquiries.

I stayed in Atana back in 2019 and I liked the overall cleanliness and felt really comfortable. This was the reason I booked Atana again for my Family tour to Dubai. The staff was really cooperative. Specially during our breakfasts Rabi, Nyi Nyi, and the other one I can’t remember were really good at their services. Also the receptionist Amina shown good gestures when we were checking out.

The garden restaurant was so busy that we couldn't find a table. Outside, there are loads of bird poop around. Tables aren't being cleaned quickly.

We enjoyed our stay. Helpful and friendly staff such as Patrick, who cleans our room and Hiba from Elite Drive Rent-a-car, made our stay comfortable. If we knew earlier on the week, we would've gotten a car. It was so convenient driving. There's free parking too. The hotel is very accessible. The Filipina lady at the spa is lovely too. We forgot her name. We enjoyed the spa and the service at the salon, and the barbershop is just top-notch. We had great hair and nails as well as received a warm welcome. Great service!

The pool was very small. Bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better.

The hotel is located in quite nice area. Breakfast and dinner was quite tasty. Our room was even having a distant view at Burj Khalifa.

- The sockets in the hotel room were few and located in strange spots - The pillows weren’t comfortable - the bins were not lined - no bathrobes - the hooks in the toilet is right next to the toilet bowl - the hand towel rack is right next to the toilet bowl - the spa offered “additional services” after the massage to a family member

- Staff was efficient and professional - Hotel was overall nice - Breakfast had sufficient seating and a variety of food to choose from - wifi worked fine - close to metro

The food at breakfast was very good. However, when they only had one dining area open it was way to crowded and difficult to get a place to sit.

While booking I put the filter air port shuttle and there was none provided by the hotel. I ended paying 100AED for that. There was free services by the hotel to go out but it was informed to us while checking out.
