This was our second stay at the Rose Park Hotel. The hotel is well located opposite the metro. Unfortunately due to the flooding, it wasn’t stopping at that stop but it was ok as taxis are easy to get. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The roof top pool was fantastic to lie by after a day of sight seeing.

Despite their attempts to create a luxurious experience, the breakfast fell short of expectations. The room, although spacious, had a wasteful layout that was unsuitable for our family of four. Additionally, the reception staff were unhelpful in finding a more suitable room. Despite the considerable expenses I incurred, my overall satisfaction was lacking.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom appt which was very spacious. Across the street of Dubai Mall so perfect place! We really enjoyed having lots of options at walking distance. Staff at the hotel was really nice.

The washroom area. I did not like how the washroom and toilet had a single common door. Kindly provide separate doors for each. Would be highly beneficial to the guests.
